RWN honeycomb gates are designed for the controlled feeding and discharge of pellets or wood flakes from silos, hoppers, pneumatic transport systems, bag filters and cyclones. RWN gravity honeycomb gates with square inlet openings consist of a tubular cast iron body. The horizontal rotor with four V-shaped compartments is made of HARDOX steel for greater wear resistance. A HARDOX chip breaker is located at the inlet to cut the material. The distributors are equipped with direct motorisation. On the opposite side to the motor, there is a cover with a bearing located outside the distributor, which does not come into contact with the dosed material. The bearing ensures greater resistance to radial loads and stresses.
Function:
RWN honeycomb distributors are designed for the controlled feeding and unloading of pellets or wood flakes from silos, hoppers, pneumatic transport systems, bag filters and cyclones. The shape of the rotor blades and the chip breaker device allow this type of honeycomb distributor to cut any pieces of wood that may be present in the biofuel mixture.
Features:
Dosing rates: 2.2 to 19.5 litres per revolution Operating temperature with special version: -20 to 150 °C Various motors for different rotation speeds HARDOX chip breaker inserted into the inlet to cut the wood and prevent the sluice from blocking. Rotor made of wear-resistant HARDOX steel RWN honeycomb locks are certified in accordance with Austrian Directive TRVB H 118 RWN honeycomb locks are designed for the wood fuel industry and are manufactured in accordance with standards ONORM M7132, ONORM M7133, ONORM M7135, ONORM M7136 and ONORM M7137.
Advantages:
Compatible with other equipment thanks to standard flanges. Compact and robust construction. Easy access to all internal mechanical components.
