Assembly of flat pockets held on a steel frame, usually mounted vertically with 4 to 29 intermediate beds (Donaldson, Delta-Neu, Captair, Dantherm, AAF, Filtair, Kiekens, Intensiv, Nederman, Harry). More original star-shaped designs are also available (CFM). Installed individually, these filters are used in small, autonomous dust collectors, which are usually cleaned by shaking.
Pocket filters consist of filter bodies made of filter media containing one or more pockets and attached to a plastic or metal support.
The sealed weld and overmoulding of the pockets in the front frame provide the best possible protection against dust ingress.
Their high efficiency is the result of low pressure drops, optimal aerodynamics and full utilisation of the filter surface area
These pocket filters belong to filtration classes G3, G4, M5, F7, F9, H13, etc.
