½ FIRE HOSE CONNECTOR
The Guillemin connector, also known as a symmetrical or fire hose connector, is the most commonly used connector in France. It is used to connect two elements, valves and/or hoses (flexible).
Each element must have a half-coupling to make the connection. The half-couplings connect using a locking system, also known as a ring, which slides into the ears of the opposite coupling. At least one of the two couplings must have a lock for them to fit together.
The socket diameter of the coupling corresponds to the internal diameter of the hose.
