For many years, we have been specialists in the re-covering of all types of sieves, including circular vibrating sieves, using controlled tension.
Covering and renovation of your screens and supports
Our workshops, in which temperatures and pressures are controlled, are equipped with various custom-made pneumatic jack tables, allowing us to adapt to all frame sizes and different support qualities.
We also have a complete stock of all the screens on the market in all existing mesh sizes (nylon XX – heavy milling – XXX – polyester – stainless steel) from 20 to 20,000 μ (20 mm).
We are also one of the first in Europe to offer all mesh sizes in stock in magnetically separable stainless steel, grade AISI 430.
Thanks to this material, which is stopped by magnets, you can secure your plansichters, as well as your various safety sieves and sifters, thus ensuring that the various products you deliver to your customers are not contaminated by metal particles.

Industrial Screen Re-covering – Customised Stainless Steel/Nylon Covering & Filling

We specialise in the lining, relining and manufacture of custom industrial screens, with the installation of stainless steel (AISI 304/316) or high-strength nylon mesh on existing or new frames.

We work on all types of sieve frames to ensure:

the installation of stainless steel or nylon mesh,
complete re-covering,
refurbishment and repair of frames,
technical cleaning before re-covering,
