Complete underspeed detection kit for all your installations, including a single-piece transparent bracket to which an underspeed detector or multi-voltage pulse counter is attached, available with M12 or wired connection. Available in different models, ATEX or non-ATEX, and for speeds from 5 to 6000 pulses/min. Attaches to the rotating shaft with an M12 thread or its powerful magnet. - M3001/ under-speed detector: Indicates a 20% loss of speed in all your installations, ATEX II 3D compliant, M30 thread, multi-voltage 20 to 250 AC/DC. Range 15 mm, magnetic calibration of reference speed, visual LED signal, speed range 10 to 3600 rpm, adjustable start-up time from 0 to 60 s. Attaches to the Whirligig support.
WHIRLIGIG type: ATEX-compliant monobloc support for controlling the rotation of all your installations (lifts, screws, grinders, conveyors, presses, etc.). Attaches directly to the rotating shaft using its M12 thread or a powerful magnet if your shaft is not threaded. It can support our under-speed detector probe or your own probe, whether it is 18 mm or 30 mm in diameter. Available with 2 blades (4 blades and 8 blades on request).
