K unidirectional vibrators produce linear vibrations generated by the movement of an internal floating piston rather than by contact between surfaces, which is why these vibrators are also called piston vibrators.
They are particularly effective with bulk materials that tend to stick to the wall, with hygroscopic materials with large particles and electrostatic powders such as plastics or powders that tend to turn into granules. Unidirectional vibrators are an effective solution against bridging and mouse holes in indoor applications thanks to their low frequency (80 dB(A)) and simple design.
Compliant with ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x), piston vibrators are suitable for use in food processing and explosive environments.
K vibrators are available in four sizes. All models are made of anodised aluminium.
Easy to install, even in existing installations. K series vibrators operate at a pressure ranging from 2 to 6 bar (29.87 PSI).
