VFS butterfly valves consist of two aluminium die-cast half-bodies, a cast iron or steel disc coated with SINT engineering polymer, and a pre-tensioned elastomer seal.

A version with a stainless steel disc and integral seal approved by the FDA/EN is available for the food industry.

The V1FS model is supplied with an upper flange and a lower connection with a rim for attaching a rubber boot; the V2FS model has two identical flanges, upper and lower.

VFS butterfly valves are used in all installations that require the interception of material flows moved by gravity or pneumatic transport. The valves are installed under hoppers, tanks, silos, screw conveyors or conveyors, along the pipes. Thanks to their special design and the special materials used in various combinations, the valves are suitable for any sector.
