OT-type external pneumatic turbine vibrators produce vibrations generated by a turbine equipped with eccentric weights.
OT external pneumatic turbine vibrators generate very low amplitude and high frequency vibrations. Their higher speed compared to ball and roller vibrators makes the OT series a high-performance piece of equipment.
Because they do not require lubrication, OT vibrators are suitable for food processing lines, emptying concrete compaction tables, concrete formwork and hoppers, and improving flow. The force produced is greater than that generated by the ball vibrator series, while the operating noise is lower.
The OT series of external pneumatic turbine vibrators, featuring a silver-grey aluminium cage with a black cover, are available in twelve different sizes.
Compliant with ATEX EX II 2DG cT(x), the OT series is suitable for explosive environments. Operation is quiet and oil-free with a pressure ranging from 2 to 6 bar (29 to 87 PSI) and an operating temperature of up to 120°C (250°F).
