The unique, patented Tramontana® UNIDIRECTIONAL AIR FLOW technology is included in the VB 2014 series. The VBS Rapid Flow ("S" for SILO application) has been completely redesigned to meet current market needs.
In addition to the variety of membrane materials, the new design has significantly improved the performance of OLI vibrating aerators, representing an important step forward in aeration technology. The VB series meets virtually all user requirements in terms of versatility of use for various powdery materials, environmental protection and ambient temperature. The main advantages are operating pressure and reduced air consumption.
An external mounting kit makes the VB series interchangeable with aerator skids that are commonly used in mobile batch processing plants.
The Mini-VB series, for internal and external assembly, completes this product range.

The VBT Fast Flow ("T" for tanker truck application) completes the range as an innovative solution for tanker trailers.
The entire VBT range is food-grade and complies with UL94. These aerators are made of technical polymer suitable for environmental conditions ranging from very hot to very cold.
Laboratory and field tests have demonstrated excellent performance in terms of reducing tanker unloading time by approximately 20%, depending on the type of powder.
The VBT Fast Flow is completely interchangeable with other brands of aerators currently on the market.
